When you join the Downtown Merchants Association, you join a group of visionary business owners who are dedicated to Franklin's thriving downtown. We sponsor the annual Cherry Blossom Art Festival as well as other events. It is a collaborative association designed to work together to support a growing customer base and thriving arts, retail and restaurant culture in Franklin.
